Bethel's Spirit-filled community is based on these beliefs:

We believe the Bible to be divinely inspired, an all sufficient guide for salvation and holy living, and the infallible authoritative Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16)

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (I John 5:6-8)

We believe in the Deity of the LORD, Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, sinless life, supernatural miracles, sacrificial and atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His victorious return. (I Corinthians 15:3-4, I Peter 2:18-24, John 3:16)

We believe in a complete salvation that is available for everyone; justification, sanctification and glorification by grace, through faith alone in Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:21-30, Galatians 4:4-7)

We believe that all born-again believers are part of the Body of Christ and the Family of God, called the Church. (Acts 2:47)

We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience subsequent to salvation with the normative evidence of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and empowerment for ministry. (Acts 1:8, 2:4, 10:44-46, 19:6)

We believe in divine healing as a provision of the atonement; the anointing of oil and the laying on of hands. (Isaiah 53:4, Matthew 8:16-17, Mark 16:18, James 5:14-15, I Peter 2:24)

We believe in the operation of Spiritual Gifts as the Holy Spirit wills for the edification of the Body of Christ. (I Corinthians 12:1-11)

We believe in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, His revelation on earth, the rapture of the Church and the establishment of His eternal Kingdom. (John 14:3, I Thessalonians 4:13-18, Revelation 22:20)

We believe in the resurrection and judgment of the saved and the lost, and a real Heaven for the saved and a real Hell for the lost. (Luke 16:19-31, John 5:24, 28, 29)
